Located on East Main Street in the heart of Independence, Virginia, our kitchen operates as an extension of our home. We source chiles from importers who work directly with Oaxacan farmers. Our tortillas are pressed by hand every morning. Our mole takes three days to develop properly, and we will never rush it.
